Whether you have a formal diagnosis,

My approach is practical, compassionate, evidence-informed, and tailored to the individual.
Because no two brains—and no two life stories—are exactly alike.
Why Work With Me?
As a neurodivergent former special education teacher, I bring together professional expertise and lived experience. I understand ADHD and AuDHD from both sides of the desk: as an educator supporting neurodivergent students and as someone who has personally navigated the strengths, challenges, and occasional chaos that can come with a dopamine-seeking brain. In addition to my extensive experience in special education and neurodiversity, I have conducted and published research into digital media addiction and its impact on wellbeing, learning, and behaviour. This allows me to provide evidence-based support for individuals, families, schools, and organisations navigating an increasingly digital world.
While qualifications, research, and professional knowledge matter, there is something powerful about working with someone who genuinely understands what it feels like to live it.
No masking required. No judgement. No need to explain why your brain works the way it does.
I get it.
A Different Kind of Coaching Experience
My goal is not to "fix" neurodivergent people. It's to help you understand your unique brain, work with it rather than against it, and develop practical strategies that support a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Together, we'll focus on building strengths, reducing barriers, improving wellbeing, and creating sustainable change—without expecting you to become someone you're not.
Let's Start With a Conversation
Finding the right coach is important, and trust matters.
That's why I offer a complimentary, no-obligation online
consultation where you can ask questions, discuss your goals, and determine whether we're the right fit.
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a genuine conversation about how I may be able to help.
After all, successful coaching begins with understanding, connection, and a little curiosity.

Initial Consultation:
(Online only)
Just because I have an ADHD diagnosis and family experience of ADHD and screen addiction doesn't mean I'm the right fit for you. An essential component of coaching is that you feel a connection with your coach.
This complimentary consultation is an opportunity for you to 'check me out'. It is free, online, and takes around 15 minutes. Have your questions ready and click below to schedule a time to meet!
