Don't let it hijack your brain.

DOPAMINE.

Welcome to Dopamine-Doc!

Neurodiversity Coaching & Digital Media Addiction Expertise

Life doesn't come with an instruction manual—especially when your brain is wired a little differently.

At Dopamine-Doc, I support neurodivergent individuals, families, schools, and workplaces to better understand ADHD, AuDHD, executive functioning challenges, and the growing impact of digital media overuse within a trauma-informed practice.

Whether you have a formal diagnosis,

are exploring the possibility of neurodivergence, or simply know that something

isn't working as well as it could, you're in the right place.

Is this for you? You might be:

  • An adult with ADHD or AuDHD seeking practical strategies and greater self-understanding.

  • A parent or carer supporting a neurodivergent child or teenager concerned about screen overuse, gaming, social media, or digital media addiction symptoms.

  • A school looking to create genuinely inclusive learning environments.

  • A business wanting to better support neurodivergent employees and foster authentic workplace inclusion.

If so, I'd love to help.

My approach is practical, compassionate, evidence-informed, and tailored to the individual.

Because no two brains—and no two life stories—are exactly alike.

Why Work With Me?

As a neurodivergent former special education teacher, I bring together professional expertise and lived experience. I understand ADHD and AuDHD from both sides of the desk: as an educator supporting neurodivergent students and as someone who has personally navigated the strengths, challenges, and occasional chaos that can come with a dopamine-seeking brain. In addition to my extensive experience in special education and neurodiversity, I have conducted and published research into digital media addiction and its impact on wellbeing, learning, and behaviour. This allows me to provide evidence-based support for individuals, families, schools, and organisations navigating an increasingly digital world.

While qualifications, research, and professional knowledge matter, there is something powerful about working with someone who genuinely understands what it feels like to live it.

No masking required. No judgement. No need to explain why your brain works the way it does.

I get it.

A Different Kind of Coaching Experience

My goal is not to "fix" neurodivergent people. It's to help you understand your unique brain, work with it rather than against it, and develop practical strategies that support a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Together, we'll focus on building strengths, reducing barriers, improving wellbeing, and creating sustainable change—without expecting you to become someone you're not.
